The results of the community health survey are in!
YOU can help prioritize the top concerns for our community.
These conversations are the result of an exciting and unique partnership between public, private, and non-profit health organizations in Chippewa and Eau Claire counties. Its purpose is to better understand the health issues facing our community.
The conversations are part of a larger Community Health Assessment which included a survey completed by more than 3,400 local residents. Results of that survey will be shared at these COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS.
All Community Conversations run 6:30-8:00 pm, with Refreshments and Prize Drawings!
